Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at missedpilot.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Missedpilot Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Missedpilot Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also do not promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is meant to inform, not to advise. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary by job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general. We do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs may apply to you.

Safety Comes First

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Missedpilot Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no errors.
