Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Missedpilot Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use missedpilot.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to check provider availability, or email contact@missedpilot.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@missedpilot.living and tell us:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
